Frequently asked questions
- 01
That’s the question we get most often — and honestly, there’s no one-size-fits-all answer.
Asking “How much for a signboard?” without any details is a bit like asking:
“How much does it cost to renovate a house?”
“What’s the price of a buffet dinner?”
“How much for a car or a holiday?”
You get the idea — it really depends!
The cost of a small indoor sign (say, half a metre wide) will be very different from a large outdoor sign mounted on a building. The materials, lighting, size, location, and design all play a part in determining the price.

Sorry — we unfortunately don’t give quotes over the phone.
Here’s why: we receive many phone enquiries daily, and it’s hard to track or record verbal quotes accurately. We’ve had cases where people call back months later, quoting prices that no longer apply.
To avoid confusion, all quotations are done via email / whatsapp. This way, everything is clearly documented for both sides.

Here’s what will help us give you an accurate quotation:
✅ Your design — logo, text, or graphics to be included ✅ Photos of the intended installation location ✅ Sample images of the style or effect you want (a quick Google search helps!) ✅ Estimated size of your signage
Once we have these, we can get back to you quickly with a proper estimate.

Your budget helps us recommend the right options.
Without it, we might suggest something too simple when you actually want something more impressive — or propose something too elaborate that ends up beyond what you planned to spend.
Sharing a budget helps us save time and find the best match for your needs.

Generally, we don’t modify or repair signboards that were made by other companies.
This is because every signage maker uses different materials and construction methods. Without knowing how it was built inside, we risk damaging the structure when we open it up — especially if it’s been around for a while.
In such cases, it’s best to contact the original maker of the signage.

If your signboard is inside your shop or office, you usually don’t need a license.
But if it’s outdoors (for example, facing a street or public area), it may require approval from the authorities.
We’ve prepared a short section explaining signage licensing for outdoor signs in Singapore — check it out for more details.
