Licensing & Endorsement
A Guide to Signage License Regulations in Singapore
1. Signage License overview
In Singapore, outdoor signage and advertisement licenses are generally overseen by the Building Construction Authority (BCA) and the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA). However, depending on the location, you may also need additional approvals from agencies like the Orchard Road Business Association (ORBA), the Land Transport Authority (LTA), or the Singapore Land Authority (SLA).
IMPORTANT NOTE: The following excerpts are taken from BCA guidelines and are provided here for your reference only. They are not comprehensive and should not be relied upon as the final authority for approval processes. These resources are meant to give you a helpful overview, but we strongly recommend checking with the relevant agencies directly for the most up-to-date information.
