Our signs are designed and come with a standard CE certified 12V adapter. The power head is a standard British three pronged square pin type plug, which plugs directly into a conventional house wall socket - safe for indoor use
HOW WILL MY LED NEON SIGN BE POWERED?
After your neon sign is mounted to the wall (or hung). Exiting the sign is a cord. This cord plugs into the provided adapter, which then plugs directly into the wall
WHAT DOES THE CORD LOOK LIKE?
The cord exiting your neon sign to the adapter is a thin copper and silver wire encased in a clear coating (approx 2 meters long). The grey cable on the adapter to the 3-pin plug provides an additional 1.5 metres of length.
HOW LONG DO THE LED NEON SIGN LASTS?
Approximately 40-50,000 hours, or 2-3 years if left on 24/7. Of course you can extend the life of your LED neon greatly if it’s not on all day and night.

As our neons are handmade, smudges may appear on the acrylic backing due to the gluing process. It is not apparent when lit, visible only when standing close to the lights. We also offer printed backing, CMYK prints are applied to the back of the acrylic, adding an additional visual element
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE TO TRADITIONAL NEON?
We do both! LED Neon is a robust and energy efficient alternative to mercury-filled glass neon. While we love and appreciate both, the LED version stands out as an accessible alternative without the fragile component - encased in a PVC jacket, LED neon looks very similar to traditional glass-blown neon

IS THERE WARRANTY ON YOUR PRODUCT?
Our neons come with 6 months manufacturer warranty – covering faulty electrical items and indoor use only. - Not for normal wear & tear or misuse.

Of course you can! Designing and creating your own piece is where all the fun is at - once we finalize your design - our in-house craftsmen will work out the exact/minimum size required. And from there we'll be able to give you a final quote.
CAN YOU HELP WITH THE DESIGN?
Sure we can! In order to see designed concepts of your neon, we offer the design deposit of $35. This amount is all you will pay to see your concepts, and is refundable towards the cost of your final sign. If you choose not to go ahead with your neon, the $35 isn’t refundable.
The design process takes us the most time, so please understand we can’t refund due to a change of mind. Upon approval of your concept, full payment is required upon receipt of invoice before the fabrication of your sign goes underway

Yes we do!
Our LED neon signs are super simple to install, requiring simple screws into the partition/concrete wall. If you wish to have it done by us, our installation charges are priced at $70 per sign (labor & transport).
CAN I INSTALL THE TRADITIONAL GLASS NEON BY MYSELF?
We're afraid not.
Glass neons are highly fragile and it would be best if our skilled technicians fix it up for you.
Alternatively,
you could opt to include a fully covered clear acrylic box, and these can simply be placed upright on the floor or shelves - or leaning against a wall
